A “No Name” Cafe, isn’t the name intriguing !!!
We spotted a ‘No Name’ cafe at Bhagsunath Falls, located right besides the Bhagsunath Temple. There are two interesting things about this cafe. Firstly as I mentioned ‘No Name’, may be to make it make more catchy and appealing the owner decided not to name it atall!!! Secondly, you will also observe a symbol of “Om”, (majestically Indian). Most Indians strongly believe that mentioning name of the God before everything or any work(whether it’s opening a shop or writing an exam) brings success. So you will find lot of people, shops named after the Lord.
Bhagsu Waterfall is located close to McLeodganj, Himachal Pradesh, India.
McLeodganj in India is also known as as the Little Lhasa in India, it’s the abode of HH Dalai Lama & residence for majority of Tibetans. Since 1959, India has been a second home for thousands of Tibetans.
HH Dalai Lama has expressed his profound experience of over 50 years of exile in India in his autobiography – Freedom in Exile.
Bhagsu Waterfall offers close to 30 fts drop during the monsoons. You may prefer to trek to the falls and might choose to chill at the foot of the falls. Infact we observed so many domestic and foreign tourists relaxing there. We also spotted monks in groups at the falls, just chilling with their iPods and chatting, quite a sight!!! Infact we also sat there for a while enjoying the scenic beauty. There is small stall there selling coffee, maggi along with other snacks.
