Now that was our itinerary for a day!!!
Pahalgam is an enchanting place approx 96 kms away from Srinagar. This was our one day bike tour, one of the most exciting and romantic bike trips we have ever had. We prefer bike trips because it makes the journey more thrilling, exciting and sometimes light on our wallet too 🙂
Gigantic and lush green valley, flowing streams along the road, colorful houses located at a small distance from the stream, beautiful flowers and plants, as we kept moving towards Pahalgam, bountiful nature made us more envious!!
Pahalgam is one the most popular and premier resort destination near Srinagar. Our suggestion is to go beyond the place and cover Betaab Valley and Aru is possible.
Betaab Valley will surely leave you desirous, check out the link
If you need any more suggestions / advice, do let us know.
Aru is surely sweetest spot of Pahalgam.

Yeah! I have been to pahalgam. I chose to stay for 5 days, the place was so scenic and amazing! I liked the town itself and baisaran and aru. betaab valley was a dud. I chose not to visit chandanwari. many amazing treks start from aru

Pahalgam is surely beautiful. However, I liked Betaab Valley too….the view of Betaab Valley from the top (while we were driving) was awesome.
